ESPRESSI
Espresso was created in 1901.
It was a complicated but state-ofthe-art extraction process that involved water and steam.
Then Bezzera, Achille Gaggia, Ernesto Valente and the Bambi brothers perfected a beverage that became the status symbol of Italians all over the world.
Today, thanks to them and to the baristas who prepare it, it’s simply the supreme expression of a few roasted and ground coffee beans.
